The Runway Transitional care unit is committed to helping you achieve your goals of returning to home by offering a comprehensive therapy program designed by our talented team of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist from Northwest Physical Therapy. Our partnership with this team of professionals ensures a continuity of care even after you have returned to the comforts of your home. The Runway transitional care unit is equipped the latest state of the art equipment designed to promote healing and strengthening all with one goal in mind and that is to help individuals take flight again so they can land safely back into their homes.

Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care
The Putnam Acres Care Center staff of professional RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, along with the attending physicians, provide around-the-clock care to each individual resident.



Hospice Care
Our staff works with area Hospice agencies to provide the best possible care.



Respite Care
We offer short-term care for individuals while the primary care givers take a vacation or need time to rest and recuperate.
