Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care
The Putnam Acres Care Center staff of professional RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, along with the attending physicians, provide around-the-clock care to each individual resident.
Alzheimer's Care
Our special needs unit is designed to meet the needs of those residents who have been diagnosed with dementia and other related disorders. This area is designed to maximize interactions with others in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Hospice Care
Our staff works with area Hospice agencies to provide the best possible care.
Adult Day Care
Our staff works with area Hospice agencies to provide the best possible care.
Independent Living
Putnam Acres Care Center offers independent living apartments attached to the nursing facility. Services offered include three meals per day, housekeeping, laundry, and the security of 24-hour emergency nursing services.
Respite Care
We offer short-term care for individuals while the primary care givers take a vacation or need time to rest and recuperate.
