Ellen Diemer is a God send. She let me know I was doing good for my Mom and helped me get through this a secure way. Knowing Mom was in good hands let me know I did not have to feel guilty about Mom. I hope when my time comes, I have the best care you have given to my Mom.
By each and every one of your people, we were given the royal treatment. They called me by name and respected me. They arranged their plans to accommodate us when bringing him home which he enjoyed so much especially the last on his 96 birthday. I will sing you praises to all.

I enjoyed my stay at Putnam Acres. The staff, people, residents, nurses, and nursing assistants were just great. I felt bad that I had to leave but it was time to go home. It was very nice to be taken care like I was at Putnam Acres and the experience was just great!
It was a great experience for my Dad and me. He had a great fear, but afterward I think he hated to leave because of the friends he made. May God Bless, you are all wonderful.

A few weeks ago and just before the holidays, I stopped at your facility to visit Mary Hohenbrink. I want to commend your facility on its neat and tidy appearance as well as the friendly staff who greeted me while I was searching for Mary. I particularly noted the fresh and clean smell of your facility as well as the cleanliness of the patients. My friend Mary was in the dining area when I found her and she had a warm smile when I chatted with her.I mentioned these observations to Dr. Jeff Eiden at a recent visit I had with him. He suggested that I may want to pass my comments on to you as he said you likely do not always hear too many positive complements on the fine work each of you at PACC do for our elderly and senior citizens.
